They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.
It is the followup that has me baffled. There is none. I have been waiting weeks for any answers and have not received anything. I have a severe problem with my knee and am unable to get answers.
