The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here.
