They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan.
