Does not care about patient's wants/needs, only his own. Dr. Vinge is the worst doctor I've ever seen. I'm blessed to be fairly healthy these 58 years, so I've only had a hand full of doctors, but this one WAS a joke. I cancelled my 3rd visit and found a professional doctor. I went to Dr. Vinge's office because it's only 1.5 miles from my house. I didn't want to try any of the other doctors at the clinic for fear of being "marked" as I already had been. Two months and Dr. Vinge never even read my medical history records! He forms his own opinion of the patients needs.
