Staff not knowledgeable about referral process and very rude staff. The tech in this if office is so old that they still require the insurance company to fax the referral oh please get new technology and trained staff to ensure patients are well serve and don't be so rude.

Very disappointed with the service and will not refer anyone to this office.

I will refer my friends and family here if they are in need of an ENT. It was hard to schedule an appointment because of their restrictive hours (as it is with many Dr's). I wasn't too happy with the waiting time to see the Dr. for my first visit and the waiting room was small & crowded.

The Dr. listened carefully to me as I was explaining my history & symptoms. He asked good questions & set me up for a full exam with the audiologist (in their office) on a different day.

That visit went very well also & there was no wait.

When I returned to see the Dr., he explained the results and gave me "exercises" to do on a regular basis (for vertigo, to lessen the symptoms).

The staff was knowledgeable & pleasant.

However, they really should allow for more time in between appointments so the waiting time isn't excessive.

Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I was happy with the chairs they had in their waiting area. They were so comfortable that I didn't mind waiting.
