I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding.

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Dr. Schnall's staff were friendly and helpful. Dr. Schnall was thorough in his exam of my son's eyes (even redoing parts of the exam for accuracy) and my 5-year old was comfortable there. Only complaint is Dr. Schnall mumbles a little when explaining things, so be sure to ask for clarification. Overall pleased with this doctor.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
