Doctor refused to see a patient today referred by another specialist because she was in an accident. Patient is losing her vision. What happened to patient care? Obviously not here!!!!!

Dr. Feiner is a remarkable doctor. She is extremely knowledgable, which leads to patient confidence. Another doctor said, "She's the only doctor I would trust to examine you for this condition."

Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Definitely, they had one person trying to do everything

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
