The restrooms here are not well-stocked. My stall had no toilet paper so I had to use a toilet seat cover. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. I was horrified at how badly they treated their staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for them. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here.

I am totally disappointed in the way you and your staff handles patients' needs. There are no signs nor does your mute staff provide any guidance or information. You and your staff expects new patients to read your minds or know the "rules" in your office. Your paperwork doesn't state what you need from the patient either. Never will any of the members of my family and extended family and friends will be coming to you.
