Love Dr. Rengel, he is the Best at his field. Always aware of new technology , great staff. That's why I come up from the Carolina's for all my visits.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their entire staff is friendly.

They had a follow up appointment with me with my first referral, for a 9:30 appointment that was scheduled. I was there at 9:15 and I signed in and waited. A gentleman that was there after me was called and I sat for another 20 minutes and finally went to the receptionist and asked what happend to my test. She told me they could not do it as I was late for my 9:00 appointment and I said that you called me last Thursday and verified my appointment, they told me they did not call then, that they called me yesterday and I told them that I did not get any calls yesterday. They then said they would do the test but it would be after all the people in the office were taken care of first. I told them "NO WILL NOT, YOU WILL ONLY SEE MY ASS GOING OUT THE DOOR." I walked out and will never go back. Also the last appointment they gave me a perscription for new glasses that I will have to replace as the perscription must be wrong and I will go to an opthmologist to get a new pair. This is the second time that the perscription was wrong.
