She is very lovely and sensitive woman but she needed three surgeries to get rid of a 2cm DCIS (BC stage 0). I was left with a horrible scar that looks like a giant stretch mark and a ring that is around the areola (a lollipop kind of shape). I was just diagnosed with DCIS again. I talked to surgeons and plastic surgeons to find out options, they all agreed the reconstruction of my breast is a challenge due to the bad technique used by doctor JH. Surgeons at Sloan Kettering couldn't believe what was done to my breast. Bad enough to hear cancer again, I also have to deal with the fact that a good job won't be possible due to previous surgeon work.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. That was the highlight of my visit. The walls are thin, you can hear every conversation. As a new patient that presents a whole onset of anxieties and apprehensions. My long wait in the exam room was not fun, I left!
