Absolutely
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us
Was this pediatrician able to answer all your questions about immunizations?
All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

EXTREMELY RUDE RECEPTIONISTS, while we were waiting to be called in one middle aged receptionist answered the phone and I assume it was a mother asking a question about her child, we've all been there, it is nice to think the peds we choose are there for us, there is no such thing as a stupid question, but once this receptionist got off the phone she made a comment, and I quote, "ANOTHER psycho mother!" I'm sorry but that is unnecessary, that could have been any of us, very unprofessional!

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place.
