Dr's are great -- front office people offensive!!! Down right rude! If you call for an appt for your child, they will put a nurse on the phone, or as I like to refer to her, "Hitler." After Hitler tells you your child doesn't need to be seen, you have to demand they give you an appt. I always ask Hitler, "I'm sorry, I'm talking to Doctor?" That's when Hitler gets upset and gives you back to the front desk where they will schedule appt for you. If my wife wasn't so impressed with the dr's here, I would urinate on Hitler's car everyday and tell parents what I was up to as they pass...

I would never, ever recommend Medford Advocare to anyone, ever. I just turned 19 and am switching to a different provider as soon as I possibly can. They were always incredibly rude and rarely believed that I was sick. I would wait for 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and then when I finally got in they gave me 5 minutes with a doctor who would tell me nothing was wrong. I recently tried to get treatment from them for the same problem for 8 months and they always said nothing was wrong, and then as soon as I got to college, the doctors on the medical staff took one look at me and immediately gave me treatment. Medford Advocare's doctors are the worst I have ever seen. Take your children anywhere else.

The doctors at Medford Pediatrics are amazing. As for the staff, such as the front desk, they are horrible. They are always rude. They never documented my sons shots so when I asked for his shot record i'm glad I noticed that two shots were missing on the records. I am honestly sad that I will not be returning back to this practice because the doctors were great but I refuse to bring my son back if they can't even manage to make note of his shots, my son could have received his shots twice if I didn't notice!!!
