I have only starting taking my child to Dr. Willis, and already I am incredibly impressed. He suggested a diagnostic test that lead to a diagnosis that had eluded previous doctors for over a decade. I think he has a great grasp of the issues his patients deal with, but has a broader approach to things than just focusing on eating disorders. Without him, my child's medical condition would not have been discovered.

That said, there's a clear sense that his time is worth more than mine. One time, I waited OVER an hour for our scheduled appointment. After a $750.00 initial consultation, he wanted to charge an additional $125 for a phone conversation between sessions. He takes a while to respond to messages, including taking several days to respond to a message about a negative response to a new medication.

However, he's still worth it, because he is HELPING.
