Dr. Fennelly dared to write a report to cover his own mistake. He prescribed the wrong Psychiatric care for my daughter (a program that doesn’t take children) and then followed it up with a report that stated the parents were not compliant to his recommendations to cover his own mistake. On top of that, he called Child Protective Services who showed up at our house because of his mistake. This shows signs of incompetence and we are concerned that this not happen to others. Stay away from this so called “Dr.” who appears to need Psychiatric help himself.

Dr. Fennelly is treating our son for ADHD issues related to autism. My husband and I find him to be caring and thoughtful in analyzing the whole person before recommending treatment as he would rather treat the root cause rather than the symptons of his conditions.
We trust him implicitly - he is a parent and understands how children can be sometimes and the choices parents make about which battles to fight and which to just let go. I find some doctors who treat children with special needs tend to to be more "academic".
