Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They were surprisingly cold, abrasive, and unwelcoming. I called at 2 to confirm my appt for 4. that was the perfect time to tell me they are running over 1 hour behind. I arrived 10 min before my appt. They could have told me then they were running over 1 hour behind and given me the option of rescheduling. When I finally had enough, their attitude was extremely dismissive.
