Dr. Smith listened closely to everything I was telling him and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about him forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. He explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. He has some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting his patients first is definitely a priority to him and it shows. His friendliness and down-to-earth attitude put me at ease the first time I met him and I enjoyed the rapport we built over time. He is definitely one of my very favorite doctors and I actually used to look forward to our appointments!
