Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

Yes, I was greeted when I walked in

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. He is very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Every single time I'd ask them a question, they'd refer me to someone else. It was very frustrating. I have been going to Dr Barry Gleimer since 1990 for all my ortho needs since, and there has been many. I been taking both my girls there when needed. I have full trust with him. At times I do fing some of the office to be short and rude. I have talked to both the ofc mgr and Dr. Gleimer and they have address each time.

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable

No, they were able to provide everything they said they would

I had to wait for a little while.

Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I wasn't greeted at all when I walked in the door. No one seemed to notice or care that I was there.

Very good doctor. They care.

I would refer them to friends.

The nurse at the reception desk was very, very rude though.
