No, they've never taken personal calls with me

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. I wasn't pressured here to use any particular medications or birth controls. All my questions were answered and nothing was pushed on me. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

The office was easy enough to find. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
