Front desk is not communicating with patients in the calm and compassionate matter. They refer to a specific radiology center. do not provide patients with diversity of the centers around. This is NOT what is supposed to be done. The doctor does not read the reports and do not communicate on time. Imaging Center JFK imaging at old bridge calls patients without doctor's review to repeat tests, and Dr does not prioritize these calls, so the patient is left alone to think whatever, and alone. THIS IS TERRIBLE PRACTICE TO FOLLOW. See another doctor.
They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.
