I absolutely love Dr. Gonzalez and how professional she is. However, I believe the office staff, not the nurses, just the front desk is a bit rough on the edges. At the time of making an appointment, they are extremely rude, and simply don't care, the lady basically tells you to come 4 weeks from now and does not even ask if you have an emergency, or a concern. I also find it impolite, and cold, that they close that window in front of your face as if to say, "don't bother me" while you wait for them for hours.. There are pieces of paper everywhere stock to the walls, which I find in poor taste. They only take cash for your copayments, so basically I had to run to the bank to get money, and they did not give me a receipt. My appointment was at 12pm on a friday. I was there at 12 pm and I left the office at 6:30 pm!!! The front desk is not well mannered, and can be very unprofessional. The doctor is good but boy the staff members not so much.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.
