Their staff is friendly & welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They make everyone feel equally respected and cared for.

It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was very comfortable the entire time. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

I am so happy I was referred to Dr Wiser Estin. She is the absolute gold standard. She is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. She never never makes me feel like she is in a rush. Every question I've ever asked has been answered patiently and completely and w/ respect. The exam rooms are spotless. Although I have never had anything to complain about I am sure that my comments would be taken seriously. I recommend her without reservation.

Dr Wiser Estin paid close attention to me and answered all of my questions. She did not appear rushed and took considerable time with me. I felt valued. She answered all of my questions. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about my care. The staff is friendly and professional. I was VERY satisfied with my visit, as always. The office was very easy to locate. I will absolutely return.
