Dr. Kusnierz is a great doctor! He is very nice and was able to answer my questions. His office was always clean and his staff always greeted you by name in the office.

The issues that i had which made me find another doctor was as followed:

Making appointments are a nightmare! The same friendly staff in person is not so friendly over the phone. I've been hung up on and told to call back repeatedly. If you need appointments, go in person!

Dr. Kusnierz is the only doctor on staff. If there was a delivery his staff did a poor job with cancelling appointments. I work full time and would have to go to see him during my lunch. sometimes i would get there only to find out that he did not come in or he had a delivery. Very annoying to a first eager mom! Not only did i waste my time driving over there but i also was not able to have my visit which was very important if your high risk.

Last point, no late hours...

If you can get pass all of this, Dr Kusnierz is truly wonderful and so is his staff , IN PERSON. I stood it out and i was very satisfied with my very healthy 10lber. If they could improve those areas i would go back!

There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The wait can be very extensive at times. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. He moves to fast and sometimes dont pay attention to the symptoms presented and I tend to feel rushed. I leave feeling like I still have an issue even with prescriptions.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
