Dr.Russo is no longer in practice and she has full-time Nurse Practioners taking over (with a high turnover rate). The Office Manager is lacking cordiality and is very unapproachable. The Nurse Practioner is insensitive and impersonal. The receptionist is friendly and does a good job considering what she has to work with. Medical competence is questionable...
