Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.

They definitely care about patient comfort because they have the best waiting room chairs I've ever seen. I could have easily taken a quick nap while waiting for my appointment. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
