This Dr. should just retire. Dr. Kramer, is not a good Dr. Very unreliable and self absorbed.

I have had several visits to Dr. Kramer. He seems caring, however he's very self-absorbed and will make insulting passive aggressive comments. He also speak to you as though he is speaking to a child. He's never thorough and will make assumptions about your illness based on how you look.

Today, 8/1/13, I had an appointment with Dr. Kramer as a new patient. I was there to find out that the doctor was not in the office today. Nobody called me to announce that the doctor canceled the appointment. If I don't show up, I have to pay for the visit. If the doctor doesn't show up, nothing happens. All I received in exchange was "sorry" after it was obvious that I was angry. Otherwise the staff wouldn't even bother to apologize; they behaved like this was something normal.

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and comfortable during each appointment. They are one of the most welcoming offices I've ever visited. Their equipment was safe and well taken care of, which really says a lot about their standards of care to me. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
