I didn't have to wait long at all after I arrived for my appointment. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. Dr. Snepar is extremely knowledegable and attentive. I have the utmost respect for and confidence in Dr. Snepar.
