They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I was happy that I got in for a follow-up appointment because it helped a lot. However, had I not made the appointment, there never would have been one. I do not hold the doctors accountable. I put that on the office staff. A couple of times they've stayed open past their closing time to help me. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. The staff was very friendly and professional, which I appreciated. I felt welcome during my visit. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly.
