Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid or treated like a "pill junkie," when trying to get refills for my perscriptions. They were somewhat easy to reach, but never spoke with the doctor, only his staff. They didn't answer the call at first, but did eventually call me back. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible the staff were I never would have gone. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait to get me off the phone. They didn't seem to try to help anyone. I did change doctors the same day I had my problem on the phone, with Dr. Decker's staff. The doctor I now have has my shingles under control and I am very pleased overall with my new doctor and her staff.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a great staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
