Office hours are convenient and getting an appointment quickly is a plus. Office staff is polite and helpful. Dr. Prosperi is highly attentive and thorough when it comes to diagnostics. He found what another doctor missed. He listens well and is firm when a change of lifestyle is necessary.
Being hospitalized, he saw me often and kept close monitor on my case.

Dr. Prosperi and his associates are great but not the people at the front desk. Angela, for one, did not allow me to finish what I was going to say, put me on hold for a long time until another person answered the phone. Very unprofessional.

This office has the best hours, very accommodating to those who work all day and cant take off for doctors appointments! I am never rushed, every appointment and issue is addressed thoroughly. They always remember me and my issues. Everyone is completely understanding when it comes to scheduling appointments with respect to family and work scheduling issues as well as last minute sick appointments. They take your blood right there, if you need a special test they make sure you have all necessary info and that you understand what the test if for. Unfortunately this office was affected by Super Storm Sandy but they got right up and running in a new temporary location in order to be there for their patients. The remainder of this review comes from a survey ,not exactly my words but addresses other aspects of the office that doesn't hurt to hear about. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.
