Very disappointed in the attitude with how the Dr. handled my phone call regarding necessary medication. Because of this experience I decided to change my primary doctor.

I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
