Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Their office was a little too loud. It wasn't unbearably loud but it was starting to hurt my ears. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I definitely don't trust their advice. They're only concerned about themselves.
Because there aren't many of this specialty in this area, i feel like i have to put up with this doctor, there is no compassion, and it takes forever to get an appt.
