Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE. They are horrible and I have nothing good to say about them. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Not really. I usually have to remind them.

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information

Yes, it was in a safe enough neighborhood

Not at all. They were too arrogant to ask for any assistance, even though they knew it would help
