OFFICE STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! You can never get thru to someone, and if someone DOES answer the phone, you're on hold for at least 20 minutes. I have to call quite often for f/u appts and it is every time I call that I run into this problem. It's ridiculous and they need to get their act together.
Doctor would have gotten a better rating if the office itself wasn't so horrible.
