I love that they always make sure I'm able to be with my child at all times. They go above and beyond to make sure my child and I are always comfortable. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Best doctor my child has had. Calls you back with in 20 minutes in the middle of the night.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
