Gives the impression of respectfully listening and attentive to my needs and situation. However, I was shocked to read her medical note thereafter which was demeaning and disrespectful, not only of me but also of the other professionals I'd consulted about my condition. Therefore, I'd advise anyone contemplating scheduling an appt to consider that the veneer may be professional but underneath is a highly judgmental and critical person whose opinions can be highly damaging to you as you pursue healing. One's medical note has an uncanny way of following you as you go forward.

Sometimes, I usually have to convince them to look into the situation

Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly

Very! The most welcoming office I've visited!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Yes, I had to wait quite a while

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments
