Dr. Korcal is a good physician, but I won't be seeing him again at his current office, Diagnostic Center on S. Durango, due to some of his rude staff there. They've shown total lack of business etiquette and follow through. Sloppy with HIPAA compliancy and confidentiality. No thank you.

I have never had to wait for my appointment. if my appointment is at 8:15 I am called at 8:15 this is HUGE !!! I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation.

Dr. Korcal is the best Doctor in Las Vegas and regardless of the staff or places he relocates to, he is worth following. He has been my Doctor for over 15 years, I know other patients like me who feel a loyalty to him just because he is that good!

Never come to this doctor, or doctor's office. They are incredibly disorganized. I wait for nearly an hour to receive a photocopied page from my records. While sitting in the waiting room, remember it was nearly an hour, only two patients were called in for their appointment. Additionally, my previous appointment lasted a total of 3 minutes. He barley took time to spell my name right. He talked faster than I could understand and got out of the room as fast as he could, He wrote me a prescription for the wrong thing, with out even asking me about what I wanted out of the appointment. My appointment was almost a month ago, and I am still waiting on my prior authorization so my insurance will cover the prescription he wrote for me, 24 days ago!!!!!!! Worst service I've ever received.
