I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Their staff is very friendly and professional. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!

No, I always have to remind them

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
