Horrible customer service! Stay away. I have been been a loyal patient to the office since 1999 and my experience recently has been unbelievable. I called to make an appointment for my daughter and I was transferred around for about 45 minutes because they couldn't schedule an appointment due to her age, even though I have taken my daughter there since she was 10, she is now 17. They finally scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, they did not have her on the schedule. This made me very upset but they agreed to see her. When the doctor came in she started screaming at me and my daughter telling us we were disrespectful and that she has other patients to see. Very unprofessional and called my daughter a Princess in a sarcastic tone. Please stay way from this office and from doctor Cristina A. Belanger. She was so rude, I can't believe she would treat a patient the way she did. It saddens me to leave the office but I will not return and will tell my friends and family members to stay away.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. The doctor was great but the staff ARE NOT! They never return your call, they never fax your records on time and they never call and inform you if there are problems with your tests, appointment and referrals. The doctor is a very good doctor and I belive he should get more competent and reliable . The MD's primary concern is what's best for me, and the staffs' primary concern is just to be paid!

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places
