Very disappointed in this office for this reason only. Each member of my family of three has been a patient there. When my husband's insurance coverage changed to Medicare plus a supplemental insurance, they refused to take him as a patient, stating that since he hadn't been there in 4 years, he'd be considered a new patient and they weren't taking new Medicare patients. He offered to pay cash for the service, but they refused to give him an appointment. This just doesn't seem right.
