While Dr. Jones is excellent, for years the front desk staff have been rude, curt, argumentative, mistake prone and uneducated. I have been his patient since 2002 but can no longer deal with his staff so have changed doctors effective today.

I really don't think they deserve a recommendation. I was unhappy with the whole experience. PA mr Moore was very nice and listened and showed compassion and concern. The office girls however are very cold. I was a new patient and had what i thought was an emergency. I found i my entire scalp was covered with scales and my hair started falling out. I was frightened as psoriasis was new to me. I visited one time. The office girls gave me an appt for 2 1/2 weeks and i said couldn't i see someone for 5 minutes today or tomorrow. Sorry and gave me that 2 1/2 week appt. So i asked again and they said sorry. So i called my primary dr who saw me the next day and gave me r'xs for my scalp and a refferal to someone else. since then most of my hair is gone. almost bald. I'll be seeing my referral dr tomorrow.. As for Dr Jones office, I wouldn't not recommend you bring even your dog there.
