They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time.
