I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever v
isited. I was able to relax very easily. I felt that Dr. deSouza felt very little empathy for me as a patient . I was to fit his schedule He was rather mechanistic approach in his approach to the patient's presenting problem.
He needs to take a course in doctor patient relationships. Unfortunatey his philisophy was followed many of medical staff in the office. GET A SECOND OPINION after seeing Dr. de Souza.

Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
How would you compare this urologist to others in his/her field that you have visited?
There is no comparison!
