The office was packed with people. Appearance of the waiting room was dingy. The tech that did the preliminary prep, was indifferent at best, rough in applying eyedrops - barely waiting until one eye blink, to go to the other eye. Tech didn't offer any explanation of procedure, what to expect, etc. After being examined by Dr McGill for treatment, there were no techs around to direct me to the room where the laser surgery would take place, so Dr McGill took it upon himself to take me to the room, then went and found another tech, while he went to prep for the outpatient surgery. Although I liked Dr McGill and feel he did an outstanding job, I would not return to that office.
