While Dr. Williams seems to be a very caring physician, he is clearly overbooked. The SHORTEST wait I've ever experienced is 45 minutes after my appointment time, the longest was 1.5 hours! The staff has been instructed to routinely perform tests before you even see the doctor, regardless of the reason for your visit. You are promptly handed a cup for urinalysis, no matter what you come in for and they wanted to give me (a healthy, young woman with no heart symptoms) an EKG twice! Shamelessly padding the bill. The office staff is terribly incompetent; lost test results, failure to give the Dr. messages, etc. As much as I appreciate the time Dr. Williams devotes to each patient, the office staff is what made us finally switch doctors.

I recommended to my daughter that she see Dr Williams for medical help with her medical issues. Dr Williams is highly regarded.

My daughter was treated as I would call unprofessionally. My daughter needed medical advise not treatment as though she was a second class citizen by a nurse.

Dr. Steve Williams has taken care of my family for years, including delivering my son 15 years ago. He is always available to his patients and makes you feel like you have a friend on your side. Although you may have a long wait for general appointments if you or a family member are experiencing an emergency or are suddenly very ill-the office and Dr. Williams respond immediately.
