They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons.
