Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I felt the staff was friendly enough. They didn't go above and beyond, but they did their jobs. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

I had a 5:15pm appointment.. (I arrived 10 minutes early). I was called in to a room at 6PM, seen by Dr Stoller at 6:12pm for 15 seconds, placed in another room for another 10 minutes before Dr Stoller came in and gave me shot (15 seconds), then 10 minutes later Dr Stoller returned to cut a growth off my face (5 minutes). I was told to return in two weeks. I departed the office at 6:30. So for a total of one and a half hours the "Dr. time" was approx 5 1/2 minutes. This was at the Midlands Office in Papillion. They don't start appointments till 2:30 PM and are that far behind by 5pm. I was totally UNIMPRESSED by this Dr and the way his office is managed. I'll look for another Dermatologist who has more respectful to his patients. Although I know that appointments aren't guaranteed at any Dr's office.. this was the epitome of an office trying to over-schedule patients with no regard to their time. The staff definitely could have been more polite.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I spent a little t time in the waiting room, but not too bad. I've waited longer at other offices. I feel Dr. Stoller needed to pay a little more attention to my rash & my questions to make sure he didn't misdiagnose. He hardly glanced at the red, swollen bumps rash I had over many places on my body and said it's poison ivy. We'll give you a shot and some topical ointment and it will clear up. 4 days later, it is getting worse and still spreading, and I do not want to pay for another office visit. what to do?
