Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
