This is my second surgery with Dr Maack and both have been very successful and great experiences. I had rhinoplasty several years ago and a facelift and laser resurfacing last week. He does a great job explaining the entire process so that you feel comfortable and confident throughout.

I brought my adult daughter in so Dr. Richard Maack could address the aftermath of a few childhood breaks to her nose (from animals at her aunt's farm) that did not show up until adolescence. Using a computer simulation, Dr. Maack showed us how he could correct her deviated septum (which was pushed to the side, making one of her nostrils look smaller) and correct the bridge of her nose, including removing the bump on the left side of her nose. He also recommended that he reduce/shape the sides of the tip of her nose so that the tip of her nose would aesthetically match the corrected parts of her nose. He showed us on the computer screen that it would be a subtle difference. As a mother, I was worried that he would change my beautiful daughter's face so that she would not look like herself. However, my fears were unfounded. Dr. Maack was true to his word: The result was subtle, and my daughter still looks like her lovely self. No one would be the wiser. I have every confidence in the kind, capable hands of Dr. Maack.
