They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I was very impressed with their office. Everything was so neat and orderly, and I could tell that they took pride in how fantastic their office looked. One thing I didn't like was how long I had to wait in their waiting room. I wish they had been able to get me in sooner. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
