The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They had a fantastic selection of magazines in the waiting room. Having some good reading material made time go by so much faster. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I appreciated how easy it was to get an appointment with them. I was able to talk with them way before my surgery, and I felt much more comfortable going into surgery.
